WARRANTY POLICY:

  • LOW SEASON: The customer must provide a valid credit card number at the time of booking. The Hotel will pre-authorize 3 days prior to the date of arrival for the total stay. The final charge will be made until the day of the guest’s arrival.
  • HIGH SEASON: The customer must provide a valid credit card number at the time of booking. The Hotel will pre-authorize 15 days prior to the date of arrival for the total stay. The final charge will be made until the day of the guest’s arrival.

WARRANTY POLICY BY TRANSFER OR DEPOSIT

BANK: It is necessary to communicate directly to the hotel, either by phone or email, to request the bank account details and can make any payment by these means.

  • LOW SEASON: The customer must deposit or transfer the total amount of the stay 3 days prior to the date of arrival, refunds applicable according to cancellation policy.
  • HIGH SEASON: The customer must deposit or transfer the total amount of the stay 15 days prior to the date of arrival, refunds applicable according to cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • LOW SEASON: The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 3 days before the date of arrival. The customer will have to pay the full price if canceled during the 3 days before the arrival date.
  • HIGH SEASON: The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 15 days before the date of arrival. The customer will have to pay the full price if canceled during the 15 days before the arrival date.
  • CANCELLATIONS DURING STAY OR REFUND: does not apply during the stay or outside the established periods.
  • INFORMATION OR MODIFICATIONS: For the safety of our guests, any information or changes to a reservation must be requested by the owner, company or person who reserves. In case someone else wishes to make them it is necessary that the owner, company or person who reserves notify the hotel by email or telephone who or who can make the requests on their behalf to avoid any detail or wrong change thereof.

NO SHOW POLICY: The hotel does NOT assume responsibility for external situations of any kind that prevent the guest from arriving, being the reservations subject to the applicable policies.

ANTI TABACO POLICY: Casa Lum, is characterized by being a sustainable hotel, 100% smoke free of tobacco smoke throughout the property.

CHECK IN: 15:00 hrs

CHECK OUT: 12:00 hrs

ADDITIONAL PERSON: Children under 12 years old share a room at no extra charge, children over 12 years old will be charged applicable fee per extra person. The cost may vary depending on the room type booked.
